Closure period
In addition to the usual closing days, Ristorante Il Pagliaccio will have a summer closure period, which will be announced shortly.
Booking conditions
A credit card is required, but no charge will be made at the time of booking. Card validation, temporary holds, or subsequent charges are processed by Stripe. At the time of booking, the user authorizes the restaurant to send instructions via TheFork to the credit card issuer to validate the card details for reservation purposes.
The guest may cancel or modify their reservation (subject to availability) free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time, exclusively via email at [info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com](mailto:info@ristoranteilpagliaccio.com). In the event of cancellation or modification after the 48-hour deadline, or in case of a no-show, the restaurant may charge €200.00 per person to the credit card in accordance with our policy.
In the event of a reduction in the number of guests with less than 48 hours’ notice, the cost for each canceled cover will be charged in accordance with our reservation policy.
Ristorante il Pagliaccio is not responsible for any malfunctions/data loss/security breaches of third-party proprietary platforms used for the online management of the booking service. Please consult the websites www.thefork.com e www.stripe.com for further information
Dress Code
At our restaurant, we don't impose a dress code on our guests, however for lunch we invite you to wear smart-casual attire.
For dinner, we invite you to wear smart casual attire. Guests wearing shorts, flip-flops, t-shirts or trainers will not be admitted.
Children
We are pleased to welcome children over the age of 5. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and provide a pleasant experience in an atmosphere of refined tranquility, if you wish to bring children under the age of 5, we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking. Acceptance will be at the sole discretion of the Restaurant, in order to guarantee the utmost consideration for other guests.
Pets
Small dogs are welcome only in the private dining room, subject to confirmation by the reservations office.
